Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are returned in new condition within 35 days of the delivery date. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted if requested within the same 35-day window. Products must be returned in new condition to qualify for an exchange. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange promptly.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@venelisse.com. Upon approval of your request, you will be provided with a return label that can be downloaded and printed.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping is provided at no cost to you. Customers are not responsible for any return shipping charges.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for any returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 20 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed. All refunds are issued in USD.
If your payment was originally made in another currency, please be aware that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are outside of our control.
